We are happy to exchange or refund any items, provided they are returned to us in a new and unused condition, with all security tags still attached ,within 10 working days from delivery of your parcel, with the exception of earrings. If you need to try items with your dress in order to decide whether to keep them, please ensure that you arrange for this to happen in good time within the returns period.
If you inform us that you'd like to have your order split across 2 or more deliveries, the returns period ends 10 working days from the date of delivery of each individual parcel. However, you may choose to wait and have your order dispatched as one delivery (see What if my item is not in stock?)
What constitutes 'new and unused' condition?
'New and unused' means that the item is in a fully re-saleable condition - i.e. unmarked and in its original, undamaged packaging, with all constituent parts (filling, tissue etc) and security tag still attached.
We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items that have been used or damaged. 'Use / damage' is construed as (but not limited to): hairspray or perfume marks/tarnishing, removed tags, damaged product boxes (including shoe boxes), missing stones, worn or scuffed soles or heels, marks or soiling, tears or creasing.
Please take extra care when trying on items. If you decide to return any of your order, ensure it is in the same condition that you would expect to receive it.
Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted area as I cannot accept returned shoes with marked soles.
Apart from items that are no longer in new and unused condition, the only items that are non-returnable (for hygiene reasons) are pierced earrings. They do not qualify for a refund or exchange unless they are deemed by us to be faulty.
If items that do not comply with our returns policy are returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (at our cost). Where delivery is refused, the items will be destroyed.
To return an item, simply fill out the returns form provided in your parcel and detach it from the dispatch note. If applying for an exchange, please detail your requirements clearly in the comments box, including the product code of the replacement item and size and colour, if applicable. Then place the form in the parcel, along with the goods and (using the address label supplied) return to us within 10 working days of delivery.
Special instructions for returning international orders:
Special instructions are printed on all international order dispatch notes, as follows:
International orders are subject to the same terms and conditions as UK orders, but in order for us to accept your return you MUST mark your package clearly with the words 'RETURNED GOODS'. This ensures that UK customs authorities do not charge import duty. Should your package not be marked clearly and duty is charged, we regret that we cannot accept your return and neither refund nor exchange your item(s).
**We can NOT accept returns made using FedEx**
Please be advised that FedEx don't invoice duty charges until a package has cleared customs, so we're afraid that we CANNOT accept returns made via FedEx.
