How do I apply for a refund?

Return your item(s), taking care to follow the instructions (see 'How do I return an item?'). Provided the items comply with our returns policy, a refund for the cost of the goods (excluding delivery charge) will be credited to the same card as the original payment and a confirmation email will be sent for your records.

If you are applying for a refund for a faulty item, it is our policy to return the item to the designer in order to maintain quality standards.

We do not issue refunds for goods returned outside of our 10-working day returns cool-off period. We may issue an exchange or credit note at our discretion, alternatively we will return your parcel.

How long do refunds take?

Once we have received your return in accordance with our terms and conditions, we aim to refund you within 10 working days, however your bank also has a role to play, so please allow up to 28 days from receipt of return or cancellation notice for funds to show in your account.

How do I apply for an exchange?

Return your item(s), taking care to follow the instructions (see 'How do I return an item?') within our 10 working day returns period. Please detail your specific exchange requirements, including the product code of the replacement item and size and colour, if applicable. Replacement goods will be sent out free of charge to UK customers once we accept your return. If you are exchanging shoes for a different size or exchanging a faulty item, the cost of your postage will be refunded to a value of £5 (UK customers only).
Please note that for some made-to-order pieces, you may need to wait up to 6 weeks for the replacement item.

If you are applying for an exchange for a faulty item, it is our policy to return the item to the designer in order to maintain quality standards.
