Once you've selected the perfect wedding shoes or bridal jewellery (or both!), placing an online order is easy.
- Find an item you want to buy and select the appropriate size, colour and quantity you require from the options beneath the product information. Then click Add to Bag to add the item to your Shopping Bag.
- To continue shopping, click the Continue Shopping button. You can click the Shopping Bag link at the top right of the screen at any time to return to your bag and check out.
- Once you've finished shopping, click on the Checkout Securely button, located in the bottom right of your shopping bag.
- At the Sign In screen, if you have shopped with Queens and Bowl before and registered with us, please enter your username and password and click Sign In
- If you're a new customer, registering with us will make it easier to place orders in the future. The online instructions will guide you through the registration process.
- All customers have the option to checkout as a 'Guest' without registering, but you will still need to input your personal details.
- Once you are signed in as either a new or existing customer, or have entered all relevant information, you will need confirm your delivery address and then proceed to Payment (for a list of payment methods, see our Payment Methods section)
- To make your payment, you will be automatically directed to the RBS Worldpay secure server. Enter your payment details and Confirm your order
- You should see a message confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. An email from RBS will be sent to your registered email address to confirm that your payment has been processed.
- You will also receive an email from Queens & Bowl to confirm that we have received your order.
- We will check the details of your order and send you a final email once your order has been dispatched to you. Should there be any problems with your order we will notify you immediately either via the email address provided to us or by phone.
If you prefer, we can also take orders by phone. Just call us on 0161 448 1628 and we'd be happy to help.
What if my item is not in stock?
You will notice whilst browsing and shopping that not all items are held in stock. We feel it's important to help you look as unique as possible on your wedding day - which means that we need to offer as wide a choice of wedding shoes and jewellery as possible on our site. We simply can't afford to stock every beautiful item we lay our eyes on (we wish we could!) so for many items, we have them made as soon as you place your order. That way, you get the best choice and we stay in business!
A note in your shopping bag shows the stock status of each item. If your order is mixed (some items are in stock and some are made to order), we feel that it is better to wait until your whole order is with us before dispatching your items - this helps us to keep postage costs low and also means that all of your items have the same returns period - helpful for when trying on coordinating items. However, if you would like us the dispatch your stock items immediately, just let us know. Please be aware however, that the returns period for those items is effective once they leave our HQ, so you may not be able to try all of your items on together within that timeframe.
A special note about ordering shoes:
Choosing between styles? We recommend that you limit your order to 2 pairs to limit the cost of your return (especially for overseas customer).
Not sure of your size? We offer a free size exchange on all shoe orders, so simply order your usual size and if you require a different size we will send it out for free and refund the cost of your initial return up to a value of £5.00. This policy applies to UK orders only.
